The Foundational Medicine Experience
We have worked very hard to create an experience that is simple and accessible to all people, no matter where they currently are on their health journey.
After the initial 20 minute consultation, if our model is right for you, then we will begin the process of gathering more information by scheduling an Initial Consultation.
During the Initial Consultation, we allow for up to 90 minutes to discuss your current and past medical history, health assessments, previous treatments and goals. This is our opportunity to really get to know you. We will also discuss the best route forward for your unique situation.
This initial consultation is offered at a cost of $149.
Based off of the information gathered during the initial consult, we will determine if it is appropriate to order any functional diagnostic labs.
